Nissan Dekalo, Oct 7th Nahal Oz’s Hero.

Nissan Dekalo, the deputy leader of the civilian rapid response team at Kibutz Nahal Oz. Recounted his harrowing experience from that terrible morning at October 7th 2023 and the ensuing 14 hours of intense combat.

He reported that nearly 100 armed terrorists were neutralized. His story is presented here. It’s important to note that Nissan and his partner were part of a Special Forces Border Police (SFBP) Unit that played a crucial role in defending and reclaiming the kibbutz, saving hundreds of lives.

Asufi NPO and Nissan Dekalo are preparing to launch a series of heartfelt events across the globe, where they will share their personal experiences from October 7th— from the perspectives of Nissan, his wife, and their children.

These gatherings are not only aimed at heightening awareness about antisemitism and global terrorism but also at ensuring such history never repeats itself, regardless of one’s ethnicity or race. Through these events, they hope to inspire individuals to raise their voices and take meaningful action.
